We publish independent reviews of live psychic chat platforms and individual readers, based on sessions our own team pays for and logs — not on marketing copy or curated testimonials.

How our review process works

Each platform review below is built from multiple logged chat sessions with different readers over a minimum testing window, then re-verified on a recurring basis so a review doesn’t go stale. We check the reading experience itself, how clearly pricing is disclosed before you’re billed, how the free trial actually behaves, and what happens if you need support or want to cancel. Every review follows the same structure so you can compare them directly: an overview of the platform and how long it’s been operating, a section on the reading experience itself (chat, phone, or video, and how the interface handles it), a section on advisor quality and how readers are screened, and a final verdict that states plainly who the platform is and isn’t a good fit for. We don’t pad reviews with generic praise — if a platform’s screening process is loose, or its pricing is on the high side, the review says so directly.

Why only six platforms

There are dozens of live psychic chat services online, and most review sites list as many as they can to maximise affiliate coverage. We deliberately keep our roster short. Testing a platform properly — multiple sessions, different readers, a real support interaction, a genuine cancellation attempt — takes real time from our small team, and a shortlist we’ve actually sat through is more useful to you than a long list we’ve only skimmed. If a platform isn’t reviewed here, that’s a gap in our coverage, not a signal that we consider it untrustworthy — check back, since we do add platforms as testing capacity allows.

How to use this hub

Beyond the headline score

The overall score is a useful sort order, but the individual review is where the detail lives. Each write-up covers the specific reading experience we had, the advisor screening we could verify, and a concrete verdict on who the platform suits — read past the number for the part that actually applies to your situation. If a platform has recently changed its pricing or trial terms, that’s noted directly in the relevant review rather than buried in a separate changelog.

It’s also worth reading a platform’s lower-rated advisor feedback, not just its highlighted reviews, before you commit to a longer paid session with someone new. A platform with a large roster will always have some weaker readers on it — that’s a fact about the roster size, not necessarily a mark against the platform itself, as long as filtering and screening make it easy to avoid them.

If your first pick isn’t a fit

Not every reader will be the right match for you, even on our top-rated platforms, and that’s normal — a reading is a conversation between two people, and not every pairing clicks. Because our shortlist is deliberately short, trying a second platform or a second reader on the same platform is usually a same-day option rather than a big commitment. Use the free trial minutes on more than one reader before deciding a platform as a whole isn’t for you.
