Every review published on Psychic Chat Ratings goes through the same two-step process: one editor buys and logs the test sessions, a second editor checks the transcript and the score before anything goes live. This page names who does that work today, the scope of what they tested, and how to reach the editorial desk directly.
How review coverage works
Our reviews aren’t written from marketing pages. Each one starts with a paid session on the platform itself, logged as it happens, then scored against the five-axis rubric described in our methodology. Bylines on this site name the editor who ran that testing, not a syndicated or ghostwritten byline.
Testing & Reviews — Priya Ramesh
Priya Ramesh is the reviewer of record on every platform review currently published on this site: Kasamba, Keen, Purple Garden, California Psychics, Psychic Source, and Oranum. Priya bought and logged the test sessions behind each of these six reviews, scored them against the Advisor Quality, Pricing Transparency, Trust & Safety, Customer Support, and Mobile App & UX axes, and is credited as the author on each review’s byline.
The test sessions behind the current six reviews were logged on April 17, 2026, with a minimum 24-hour testing window per platform. Reviews are re-tested on a recurring basis; when a review is re-tested, the byline and tested-date on that page are updated to reflect who ran that pass of the work.
What that scope does and doesn’t include: Priya’s testing is at the platform level — buying sessions, logging transcripts, checking pricing and policy pages against what actually happened at checkout. It is not a claim of certification in any reading discipline, and it is not an assessment of any individual advisor beyond what came up in the sessions actually logged. We describe the role and the scope precisely because that’s what the underlying data supports; we don’t add credentials, qualifications, or a biography beyond that.
Editorial quality check
Before a score is finalized, a second editor reviews the test transcript independently: checking that the axis scores match what’s in the log, that cited sources are current, and that nothing in the review goes further than the evidence supports. This is a required step in our process, not a byline — it doesn’t change who is credited as the reviewer, but a review doesn’t publish or update without it.
What a review byline is checked against
The reviewer credited on a page is checked against the same five axes described in our methodology, plus a source list specific to that platform — typically the platform’s own help center, pricing, and guarantee pages, one or two independent aggregators, and our own test log. If you want to see exactly what a reviewer checked for a given platform, the sources are listed at the bottom of that review, dated to when they were accessed.
How bylines and dates work
Every review carries the name of the editor who ran that platform’s testing and the date testing was completed. When we re-test a platform, we update both. If a review’s byline and tested-date look old relative to a platform’s current pricing or policies, that’s worth flagging — check our methodology page for our re-test cadence, or contact us directly below.
Contact the editorial desk
Questions about a specific review, a correction request, or something you think we got wrong: use the contact page. We read every message that comes through it and investigate correction requests ourselves before changing a published page — see our editorial policy for how that process works.
