Kasamba is a marketplace, not a single studio of readers. Around 400 curated advisors are listed at any given time, each with a public profile, specialty tags, and a star rating built from verified customer reviews. You can filter by specialty — love, career, tarot, astrology, dream interpretation and more — before you spend a cent, and every advisor supports at least one of chat, phone, or email, with many offering all three.

Signing up and the first session

Registration takes under a minute: email, a password, and a payment method on file before you can message anyone. The headline offer is three free minutes with each new advisor you try, stacked with a 70 percent discount on that advisor’s normal rate for the rest of your first paid session with them. In practice that means the free minutes are per-advisor rather than a one-time account credit — you can burn through several advisors’ free windows before settling on one, which is useful if your first pick turns out to be a poor match.

How the chat actually behaves

The chat interface itself is unglamorous but reliable: message delivery was consistent through all nine of our test sessions, with no dropped connections and typing indicators that matched what the advisor was actually doing. Phone connects through a masked proxy number, so neither side sees the other’s real digits, and email readings — Kasamba’s least common format — arrive as a written response within the advisor’s stated turnaround rather than in real time.

Reader quality and vetting

Advisors apply with sample readings and are graded on response quality before being listed publicly, and Kasamba keeps monitoring after that point: advisors whose ratings or consistency slip lose ranking and, eventually, their listing. That ongoing pressure is one reason the roster stays around 400 rather than the thousands some competitors list — it is a curated pool, not an open marketplace anyone can join.

Pricing and how billing plays out

Rates start near two dollars a minute for newer advisors and climb toward sixteen dollars a minute for the platform’s most tenured names. In our testing, a typical fifteen-minute session with a mid-tier advisor landed close to sixty dollars once the introductory discount expired — worth budgeting for if you plan to return to the same advisor regularly rather than working the trial offer with someone new each time.

Support and refunds

Kasamba’s satisfaction guarantee refunds up to fifty dollars in account credit — not cash — and only for your first session with a given advisor. We deliberately flagged one session during testing to see how the process worked, and the credit was applied within a business day without an argument. The company has held a BBB A+ rating since 2011, and its published complaint volume is modest for a platform its size.
