Our Full Review
Mysticsense is one of the youngest platforms in our roundup — its own About page dates it to 2020 — but it’s also the most explicit about how it screens advisors and the only one of the three platforms in this batch with a documented, if tightly capped, refund process. It’s operated by Syncspert Limited, a company registered in Tel Aviv, Israel, which we confirmed both in Mysticsense’s own Terms & Conditions and independently on its App Store developer listing.
What Mysticsense is
Mysticsense is a pay-per-minute psychic marketplace built around choice of format: its own FAQ lists phone, web chat, SMS, video call, and email as available session types, depending on what a given advisor offers — the widest documented format spread of the three platforms in this review batch. Mysticsense’s About page claims “over 1,050 psychics available on the platform” and describes a mission to “connect with experts in every area of psychic guidance” with readings available “24/7 Internationally.”
Advisor screening — the most detailed claims we found
Of the three platforms in this review batch, Mysticsense’s own FAQ describes the most specific vetting process. The company states candidates go through personal interviews with “experienced psychics in their own right,” skill demonstrations, and identity verification: “we verify it against their legal photo ID.” Mysticsense also states psychics undergo “regular assessment and periodical internal audits” after being accepted. These are the company’s own claims about its own process, not something we independently audited — we’re reporting what Mysticsense states, not certifying it.
Our own advisor data lines up with a more curated roster than BitWine’s: of 992 Mysticsense-sourced profiles in our database, 934 (94.2%) carry a star rating, versus just 38.6% for BitWine’s much larger pool. The median rating is 4.5 and the mean 4.46 — a tight, consistently high distribution rather than the wide spread we saw elsewhere. Total accumulated review counts across the sample sum to 208,132, with a per-profile median of about 32 reviews (the mean, 210, is pulled upward by a handful of very established advisors, one carrying over 113,000 ratings alone). The most common specialty tags in our sample are Tarot, Angel/Oracle Cards, Counseling, Meditation, and Life Coaching.
One honest data-quality note: our scrape captured a usable numeric per-minute price on only 2 of the 992 Mysticsense profiles. That’s almost certainly a limitation of how our crawler reads Mysticsense’s profile pages rather than evidence the platform hides pricing — Mysticsense’s own FAQ states each psychic “sets their own rate per minute pricing which you can see before calling them on their profile page,” so we are not treating this gap as a mark against the platform’s transparency, only against our own dataset’s coverage for this one field.
Pricing reality — deposits, trial, and payment
Mysticsense’s own homepage advertises 5 free minutes on a first session, gated behind a minimum $10 deposit (that deposit unlocks up to $15 of trial credit). Its FAQ confirms a pure pay-per-minute model with no subscription tier, and lists Stripe and PayPal as the accepted payment processors. We did not find a network-wide published per-minute price range anywhere on Mysticsense’s own site — the platform’s position is that price is set per advisor and shown on that advisor’s own profile, so we’re not asserting a house-wide number we can’t source to Mysticsense itself.
Refunds, liability, and the fine print
Mysticsense’s own refund policy page is the most detailed of the three platforms we researched for this batch, and it is genuinely tiered rather than a blanket guarantee. Within 48 hours of a session, you can request “time back” as account credit — capped at 10 minutes per request, usable only once per month (and only if you’ve had two other successful sessions that month), capped at 5 total requests across your whole account history, and never against the same psychic twice. Separately, a full cash refund is possible, but only for a deposit that is “entirely unused/not spent,” requested within 48 hours, and available once per customer. Mysticsense’s Terms & Conditions also cap the company’s own liability at USD 50 and route disputes to the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa under Israeli law.
We were not able to independently verify Mysticsense’s broader reputation the way we did for BitWine: Mysticsense’s SmartCustomer (formerly Sitejabber) page shows zero reviews, so we are deliberately not repeating the various Trustpilot figures we saw quoted secondhand across marketing and affiliate sites, since we could not confirm a single consistent number by fetching Trustpilot’s own page directly.
How we assessed this
We did not purchase or run paid live readings on Mysticsense for this review. This is a documentary and data-driven assessment: we read Mysticsense’s own homepage, About page, FAQ, refund policy, and Terms & Conditions directly (fetched August 4, 2026), cross-checked the operating company against its live App Store listing, and statistically analyzed the 992 Mysticsense-sourced advisor profiles already in our own database as of this review date. No testimonials in this review are invented, and no spending figure has been fabricated.
The app
Mysticsense’s own FAQ confirms a native app on both “Google Play Store for android phones and Apple App Store for iOS phones,” and we located the live iOS listing (developer: Syncspert Limited, matching the entity named in Mysticsense’s Terms). At the time of this review, the App Store listing had not accumulated enough ratings to display a public score — a neutral fact rather than a negative one, but not something we can round up to a number either.
How Mysticsense compares
Mysticsense’s format range (chat, phone, video, SMS, and email) is broader on paper than anything else in this review batch, including Keen‘s huge, filterable roster. Its documented ID-verification and periodic-audit claims are more specific than what we found published by Kasamba, though Kasamba backs its screening with a longer public track record. Where Mysticsense falls short of Psychic Source‘s full satisfaction guarantee is in the refund mechanics themselves: Mysticsense’s credit system is real and documented, but it is capped, rationed, and gated behind conditions in a way a straightforward money-back policy is not.
Who Mysticsense suits — and who should skip it
- You want the option to switch between chat, phone, video, or email without changing platforms
- You value a documented advisor-vetting process, including ID verification, over an open marketplace
- You’re comfortable with a $10 minimum deposit to unlock the free-minutes trial
- You want a native mobile app on either iOS or Android
- You want a simple, unconditional money-back guarantee — Mysticsense’s credit system is capped and rationed instead
- You’d rather not have a dispute fall under Israeli law with a $50 liability cap on the company’s side
- You want to compare a network-wide, published per-minute price range before signing up — Mysticsense sets that per advisor only
Mysticsense is the only platform in this batch that documents ID-checking its advisors in writing — that alone puts it ahead of two much older competitors on paper, says lead reviewer Priya Ramesh.
Mysticsense earns the highest score of the three platforms we’re covering in this batch, and the reasoning is straightforward: it’s the only one with a documented ID-verification step for advisors, the only one offering five real reading formats in one place, and the only one with any refund mechanism at all, however capped. Our own data backs that up — 94.2% rating coverage and a tight, high median score across nearly a thousand tracked profiles is the cleanest distribution of the three. It loses points for a liability cap that favors the company and a refund process complicated enough that most users will need to read the policy twice, but relative to BitWine’s no-refunds stance and Best Psychic Directory’s total absence of a payment or dispute layer, Mysticsense is the most complete product of the three.
Standout Features
Five Reading Formats
Choose phone, web chat, SMS, video call, or email depending on the advisor and your preference.
Photo-ID Advisor Verification
Mysticsense states it checks each advisor candidate's photo ID against their legal identity before listing them.
Tiered Refund Credit
A documented, if capped, time-back credit system for an unsatisfactory session, plus a limited one-time cash-refund path.
Native Mobile App
A live app on both iOS and Android, from the same legal entity named in Mysticsense's own Terms & Conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Mysticsense legitimate?
Mysticsense is operated by Syncspert Limited, a company registered in Tel Aviv, Israel, per its own Terms & Conditions — a fact we independently confirmed via the developer name on its live App Store listing. Its own About page dates the platform to 2020.
What reading formats does Mysticsense offer?
Per Mysticsense's own FAQ: phone, web chat, SMS, video call, and email, depending on the advisor you choose — the broadest documented format range of the platforms in this review batch.
Can I get a refund on Mysticsense?
Yes, but it's tiered and capped. Within 48 hours you can request up to 10 minutes of credit back (once a month, five times total, never against the same advisor twice), or, separately, a one-time full cash refund if your deposit is entirely unused. Mysticsense's own refund-policy page details all of these conditions.
How are Mysticsense advisors screened?
Mysticsense's own FAQ describes personal interviews with “experienced psychics in their own right,” skill demonstrations, photo-ID verification against a government ID, and ongoing “regular assessment and periodical internal audits.” These are the company's own stated claims about its process.
How much does a Mysticsense reading cost?
Mysticsense does not publish a network-wide per-minute range; its FAQ states each advisor sets their own rate, shown on their profile before you connect. The trial requires a $10 minimum deposit for 5 free minutes.
Does Mysticsense have a mobile app?
Yes. Mysticsense's FAQ confirms apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, and we verified a live iOS listing under developer Syncspert Limited. At the time of this review it had not yet accumulated enough App Store ratings to display a public score.
